Chrysanthemum tea
 
Ingredients: 1 pkt dried chrysanthemums (obtainable from the grocery store), sugar and kettle of water
 
Method
  1. Boil some water in a kettle
  2. Pour the chrysanthemums into the teapot
  3. Once the water in the kettle is boiled, pour it into the teapot
  4. Add sugar to taste. Stir
 
Enjoy your chrysanthemum tea while it's hot! Or chill it in the refrigerator and have cool, cool, chrysanthemum tea!

What a freshing thirst..quencher!!!

Watermelon cooled
 
Ingredients: 5 cups watermelon (chopped), 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1 apple (sliced)
 
Method
Blend watermelon, juices and apple until smooth. Chill it.


High fibre banana drink
 
Ingredients: 2 cups orange juice, chilled 1 large banana (chopped)
 
Method
Put all ingredients into an electric blender and blend till smooth. Pour into glass when it's ready.


Fresh fruit in cone
 
Ingredients: large ice-cream, your favourite fruits, corn flakes
 
Method
Cut the fruits into cubes size and fill up the cone with fruits


Tropical fruit salad
 
Ingredients: Your favourite fruits
 
Method
Place your favourite fruits into salad bowl and it is ready to serve.


Tropical fruit split attack
 
Ingredients: Your favourite ice cream, peanuts or cashew (nut), whipped cream, 1 banana, your favourite fruits, syrup, wafers and cherries or strawberries
 
Method
  1. Peel banana and put in the serving bowl
  2. Scoop ice cream and place it in between banana split
  3. Place the fruits by the side of banana
  4. Pour the syrup over the ice cream and banana
  5. Sprinkle the nuts
  6. Spray whipped cream over ice cream
  7. Add cherries on top of whipped cream


Choco-choco sundae
 
Ingredients: 3 scoops of chocolate ice cream, one stick of chocolate coated biscuit, whipped cream and chocolate fudge topping
 
Method
  1. Squirt the fudge topping at the base and on the inner walls of the glass
  2. Scoop the ice cream into the glass, one on top of the other
  3. Squeeze out the whipped cream around the top scoop of ice cream
  4. Squirt some more of the fabulous fudge over the whipped cream and ice cream
  5. Stick chocolate coated biscuit into ice cream
