Sandwich wheels
 
Ingredients: 6 eggs (hard-boiled and mashed), 8 slices white bread (remove crust), 
                         2 spring parsley  (finely chopped), 1 1/2 tbsp Maggi Seasoning and 1 tsp pepper
 
 
Method
  1. Add Maggi Seasoning, mayonnaise, pepper and chopped parsley to the mashed eggs.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Spread egg mixture onto a slice of white bread and roll up to form a mini swiss roll.
  4. Cut them into three centimetre thick rolls to form wheels and hold with a beautiful stick or   toothpick.
  5. Decorate your sandwich wheels on tray or on pineapple as cocktail sandwiches.

Curried salmon and tomato omelette
 
Ingredients: 6 eggs, 2 spring parsley  (finely chopped), 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp curry power, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 tbsp mayonnaise and salmon
 
 
 
Method
  1. Beat eggs lightly in bowl, stir in water
  2. Heat butter in large frying pan, add curry power, stir over heat 1 minute.
  3. Add egg mixture to pan, stir gently with a fork, cook for about 2 minutes or until mixture starts to set. Arrange tomato slices along the centre of omelette.
  4. Top with combined salmon and mayonnaise.
  5. Carefully fold sides over to close filling, cook omelette gently until salmon is heated.
Hint: Tuna can be used in place of salmon


Egg sandwich
 
Ingredients: 1 egg, 2 slices of bread (remove crust) and 1 tomato (slice)
 
 
Method
  1. Beat the egg into mixture
  2. Pour the mixture into pan, cook for about 3 minutes till it is ready
  3. Place the cooked egg onto the bread, add sliced tomato on top of egg then cover with the other bread.
  4. Served with tomato sauce or mayonnaise
